I think I need sleeping pills. It is been a week I found myself wide awake until morning.

I only sleep about two or three hours every night and day. I do not know what am supposed to do now.

Everything in my life seems out of my reach at this moment. I just need some times to be alone I guess. But, I don’t think that is possible for me now.

Living with strangers makes me feel totally like a stranger here in this “cold” boring house and people.

Come to think of something more creative and clever, maybe I should get a book, instead of sleeping pills. Feng-shui might work for me.

Right, I think I will get one.

:) You could make a section on Feng Shui here if you find it any good and interesting – I’ve always been curious on it, but never really bothered to learn about it… :P Get some pills, girl!

Hmm, yes me too haha. I am curious as well about this feng shui stuff but I found myself lazy to start learn and read the book lol. I only read a bit on Glamour Magazines the other day. So I thought about pills last night but the suddenly the article about feng shui I read crossed my mind. Maybe it could do something good for me and people in the house lol.

If you want to try and avoid medicines to sleep, here are a few tips maybe they will help.

Make a routine and do the same thing every night to mentally prepare yourself for bed.

Once you lay down and turn off the light, do not get back up. (Unless you must go to the restroom.)

Only use your bed for sleeping, nothing else.

Try Lavendar scents near your bed, they are said to be calming.

Don’t do anything that would increase your heart rate before bed, that will keep you awake.

Clear your mind when you lay down. Do not think of all the problems and other things. Just clear it out and think of something calm maybe clouds or ocean.

I hope it helps some, and if you try the Feng Shui, I would be interested in what you find out too! :)

I hope you can get some sleep soon sis.

Thanks for the tips Jen, I will try those.

I did try to clear my mind every night when am in bed, ready to go to sleep.

But, then I guess I had too much conflict in my life, so it is not that easy for me to clear my mind. Probably I need someone to talk about my problems , maybe psychiatrics or psychologist. And, I need at least an english speaking people to help me out, so I can express how I feel. Not Japanese. I don’t think I could find any psychiatrics or psychologist who can speak english here.
